Returns

Items purchased on pianoadventures.com may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. To initiate a return, please submit a support ticket with the word RETURN in the subject line. Send your item(s) to: Faber Piano Adventures, 3042 Creek Drive, Ann Arbor MI 48108-1914. Once we receive your item(s), we will refund your credit card and original shipping fee. We do not cover return shipping costs. Items must be in their original condition. 

Exchanges

If you ordered items from pianoadventures.com and wish to exchange them, please contact us immediately to cancel your order. You can submit a ticket here. We will notify you if the order is cancelled or not. If we cannot cancel your order, follow the Return instructions above. You can place a new order once we receive your returned items.

Changes to Existing Orders

If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order in any way, please contact us immediately. In some cases, we are able to cancel or update your order before it leaves the warehouse. If that is not possible, we will attempt to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Order Not Received

If you placed an order on pianoadventures.com but did not receive a shipping confirmation or you did not receive the order, please submit a support ticket. Include your name, order number, date, and a description of your issue. We will locate your order and let you know the status.

Misprints

If you receive a book that has missing pages, pages out of order, or is otherwise defective, please return it to your original place of purchase. If the retailer cannot refund or replace the item, please submit a ticket here with the word MISPRINT in the subject line. Please include the book title, missing/misprinted pages, and a copy of your purchase receipt.
